Designing My Dream Home feat. The TOV X Gallery Furniture Collection

Moving can be scary. You’re leaving an old familiar environment for something new. It can be really exciting as well. It’s a brand new chance to build something awesome from the ground up and to your liking. That’s what’s so awesome about the TOV Collection collab with Gallery furniture: everything is sleek & can fit into however you want your dream room or home to look like.

After seeing all the pieces first hand, I was inspired to design my own dream home starting with my beauty studio using pieces from the TOV X GF Collection. If I could describe my dream studio in 3 words, it would be velvet, marble, and soft. Mmmm sounds heavenly right? I'm not the biggest on decorating but my style is usually minimalist with a statement piece or two. I'd want my dream studio to be no different.

The pieces are all clean, sleek silhouettes, a bit of suede and velvet finish. Stunning really and all reasonably priced. If I were given free run of the place, here are a few pieces I'd put in my dream studio. *Cue dreamy imagination music*

My favorite colors for home are black, white, gold, and emerald green. This side table would perfect for clients to rest their water and wine glasses while they wait to be serviced. What I love most is that no two of these agate enamel topped tables are exactly alike.

And what would a beauty studio be without the stylish chair. It has a sturdy base to accommodate any build or frame plus a plush seat and soft high back for added comfort. I went with white barstools because they’d go with everything and I’m well versed with removing makeup stains from leather if need be.

I love tufted furniture. This sofa has a velvet finish and gold detail. While I love darker shades for furniture because of possible staining when dealing with makeup, I’d make an exception for this soft grey masterpiece.

This is where I’d display my The Uptown Body Lashes, art & photos from favorite clients. Cmon yall, you gotta speak these things into existence!

Lastly this white marble cocktail table in the waiting area for magazines and positive affirmations for lovely ladies waiting to be dolled up.

This collection is so versatile that you could pretty much mix and match anything and still end up with a very lovely space. It was hard picking and choosing some of my favorites since everything was so gorgeous. Luckily, this is me speaking my dream studio into existence and I’m sure more will be added to the TOV collection before all that is manifested. Take a look at the collection for yourself though.
